Solving problems of slowness and disconnections
Sorted by frequency of faults
If you surf using a netstick:
1.Check with your ISP that you have not used up the surfing package.
2.If not, check your reception level, try moving the netstick to another place in the house, where you may have a better reception. Click here for more information on slow mobile browsing
If you are surfing using WiFi:
Check if you are not far from the router to make sure the wifi does not affect your browsing.
If you have anti-virus:
Try to Disable antivirus protection.
If you connect using a network cable:
Try replacing the cable.
If you have a router that is connected to a Bezeq telephone line:
Try disconnecting any other device connected to the home telephone line. And also try to replacing the filter.
